The Smuk Report Melania Trump Caught Red-Handed

Who thought the biggest story coming out of the Republican Convention would be that a fabulously rich white girl stole something from an African American working mother?

Throughout this election season, we’ve been bringing you the political musings of Philly political consultant Ken Smukler from his guest spots on The Tom Joyner Morning Show, a nationally syndicated radio show with 8 million listeners in 105 markets that airs locally on Old School 100.3. Whether he’s wondering who put Hillary Clinton in a “yellow Kimono” or littering his soliloquies with references to the feud between Meek Mill and Drake, Smukler morphs from suburban dad into hip-hop aficionado with a penchant for saying just what we’ve all been thinking.

In this commentary (listen below), Smukler talks about the Republican Convention, including Melania Trump’s now infamous speech on Tuesday night, which lifted portions from Michelle Obama’s speech in 2008. As he puts it, “Who thought the biggest story coming out of the Republican Convention, on a night billed as their Law and Order night, would be that a fabulously rich white girl stole something from an African American working mother?”
