Prior to joining Hope Chicago in September 2021, Howard had a distinguished career in education and community service. She served as a Senior Project Manager for K-12 Scholarships at Chicago Public Schools, where she was instrumental in developing and managing scholarship initiatives aimed at increasing college access for underserved students for almost a decade.Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree from Howard University and a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Concordia University Chicago.
