One of the founding tenets of The Philadelphia Citizen is to get people the resources they need to become better, more engaged citizens of their city.

The Citizen celebrated our five spectacular Integrity Icon winners on Thursday night with a party that included former Mayor Michael Nutter and other public officials.

Former Pennsylvania Governor and Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell was unable to attend the party honoring these above-and-beyond city workers — but he recorded a video congratulating each of our Icons, and the work they and their offices do to provide the best service for Philadelphians.
