Join us for an Ultimate Job Interview to hear from the candidates running in the Third District Democratic Congressional Primary.
Unlike most candidate forums in which politicians are asked the same policy questions over and over, the purpose of the Ultimate Job Interview is to interview candidates for the jobs they are seeking by asking them the kinds of questions about leadership, character, management, experience and priorities that job applicants face. Each candidate will be interviewed for about 20 minutes by a panel of hiring executives.
We have invited the five leading candidates in polling and fundraising to participate. They are:

Dr. Dave Oxman
State Representative Chris Rabb
Dr. Ala Stanford
State Senator Sharif Street
Spanning from Center City, Fairmount and parts of West Philly to Germantown, Chestnut Hill and Manayunk, the Third District is the most diverse and Democratic in the country. Eighty percent of its voters voted for Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
Democrat Dwight Evans, who holds the seat, has served in Congress since 2016. Evans’ open seat has attracted a crowded field of candidates with competing visions for the future of the Democratic party. On March 18, join us to hear from a handful of them about why they’re the best candidate for the job. Then, on May 19, cast your vote in the primary election.
