The Citizen’s Civic Impact Birthday Party

The Philadelphia Citizen is turning 2!

Join us on October 11th, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., for a birthday party that is more than a celebration of us—it’s a celebration of civic innovators we’ve featured in our reporting, and of readers who are looking for a way to move Philadelphia forward.

For the last two years, The Philadelphia Citizen has combined deep local reporting with practical ways for every Philadelphian to participate in bettering their community.

The party will bring those two missions together, showcasing an impressive roster of innovative civic leaders and providing an in-person opportunity for attendees to sign up for organizations or causes on The Citizen’s “Wall of Action.”

The goal—as with everything we do at The Citizen—is to energize Philadelphians to become more engaged with their city.

We can’t wait to see you!

Event is free but registration is encouraged.
