Ralph is a North Carolina native and hospitality veteran that has run operations for nonprofit, for profit and public service sectors. After a bout in city government working on children’s health and wellbeing initiatives, she returned to the restaurant industry, as director of operations for a local hospitality company.
Just prior to The Citizen, she held down operations at a leadership coaching firm, working with dozens of growth-stage companies and leaders in Philadelphia’s entrepreneur ecosystem.
Anything community wellness—affecting children, families or food systems—you can count her in on the conversation. She spends free time doing graphic design, cooking or fancying herself as an unofficial researcher on subjects ranging from comparative religion to homesteading.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Asheville with bachelor degrees in both French and International Studies.
