A successful entrepreneur and restaurateur, Maureen Ferguson is a leader of Philadelphia’s creative class. Through innovative programming like her “Breaking Bread” series —in which invitees would come together to share her food and their thoughts on how to move the region forward—Maureen has already done a small scale what The Citizen seeks to do as a multimedia media organization: Create a passionate community of committed Philadelphians and empower their voices.
