Jenn McCreary has lived and worked in Philadelphia for over 20 years, focusing on the nonprofit sector for the past decade while serving as Communications Director for the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. With a concentration in community engagement and social action, her career highlights include orchestrating a neighborhood paint day in Mantua for the Prince of Wales during his visit to Philadelphia, and a Valentine’s Day wedding performed by Mayor Michael Nutter on the Market-Frankford El.

Jenn serves on the board of Small Press Traffic, a San Francisco-based nonprofit arts organization that supports and features innovative writing. She is the author of three books of poetry and in 2013 was named a Pew Fellow in the Arts.
