CitizenCast—Ideas We Should Steal Revisited: Lower Voting Age to 16

A lot has happened since spring 2016, when The Citizen first ran a story about the benefits of giving 16-year-olds the right to vote. But the biggest benefits has stayed the same: That the earlier someone votes, the more likely they are to keep voting, something we need in our democracy.
