The Citizen and The Free Library of Philadelphia’s Center for Public Life invite long-term neighborhood residents and newcomers—as well as anyone interested in how our neighborhoods grow and develop—to talk about shaping their community into one that serves a greater good for everyone. Explore ideas around changing neighborhoods and what it means to be part of a community, and work towards actionable steps with community advocates, stakeholders and residents.
